Background
The data quality team at CRISP is impressed with your find about the faulty dates in vaccination records. They are concerned that these flaws, although minor in relation to the volume of valid data, might indicate a more general problem in county level data collection practices that could be magnified in the post December 11, 2020 vaccination data.
In order to investigate what might be causing the problem in the different counties you’ve been asked to examine which counties are most responsible for generating these anomalous records in the dataset.
Modify the program you wrote in Module 5 to print out a list of counties and the number of erroneous vaccinations that they reported. The list should be in reverse sorted order by the number of vaccinations. Be careful to count both the first and second doses. The output should be formatted like this (these results are just an illustration):
Montgomery,3 Prince George's,2 Anne Arundel,1
The output should not include counties that have not generated any anomalous records.
